She brings rare dual fluency to this work: a Doctorate in Spirituality, an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Marketing, and certification in Spiritual Psychology — combined with the hard-won wisdom of a serial entrepreneur who has built four companies from the ground up. Her first, Coloft, became the founding coworking space for LA's tech startup scene, growing to over 1,800 alumni including Uber LA and Instacart, and earning Cam the title "Godmother of Silicon Beach."

Her reach extends well beyond the boardroom. She has coached hundreds of leaders, spoken to thousands, and was selected by the US State Department as an Expert Speaker — traveling to Kuwait and Bahrain in a program proven to counter extremism through empowerment. She has been named one of Inc. Magazine's most "Inspirational Women" and featured in Forbes, Entrepreneur, the Los Angeles Times, and Delta SKY Magazine.

Every great leader is built from the inside out. Amber Mahoney works at that foundation — identifying the hidden structures of belief, pattern, and conditioning that quietly govern how a leader thinks, decides, and leads. Then she rebuilds them.

Her approach is both clinically grounded and deeply intuitive. She holds a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine, advanced training at the Beck Institute for CBT, and has studied mindfulness with Marsha Linehan, the creator of Dialectical Behavior Therapy. She is also a Certified Facilitator of Systemic Family Constellation Therapy and a Certified Integrative Trauma Practitioner — a rare combination that allows her to work across the psychological, somatic, and systemic dimensions of a leader's inner world.

Amber's credibility with executives is hard-earned. In 2016 she took the helm of her family's 114-year-old company as COO, discovering firsthand that the most powerful lever in any organization is the inner life of the person at the top. That experience — building culture, navigating legacy, and leading through uncertainty — is embedded in everything she does.
